HDX VM
Voicemeeter, the Windows audio mixer, controlled in a fully accessible way with your screen reader.
Voicemeeter is a very powerful audio mixer, but its window cannot be used with a screen reader. HDX VM controls it for you: you decide where audio comes from, where it goes and how loud, and you switch from one setup to another with a key, even while you are in another program.
For example: letting the people calling you on WhatsApp, Zoom or Telegram hear your microphone and your speech synthesizer, while you hear everything in your headphones.

L'angolo di HDX
The Telegram group for all my programs and add-ons: news, questions, bug reports and suggestions, together with other users. The group is mostly in Italian, but you can write in your own language: translators make it easy to understand each other.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- Voicemeeter (Standard, Banana or Potato), installed separately from the VB-Audio website: HDX VM finds it by itself.
What it does
- Sources and destinations in two lists: where each sound goes is turned on and off with a key.
- Programs sent to virtual sources, each with its own volume.
- The mixer of each channel: volume, voice cleanup, limiter, equalizer, effects and voice changer.
- The level of each channel on demand, and a warning when the sound distorts.
- Switches with shortcuts that work everywhere in Windows, with volume fades too.
- Configurations to save and recall with a key.
- Voicemeeter audio settings: sample rate, buffers and connections.
- Announcements by voice or with sounds, as you choose, and the window in the notification area.
- Automatic updates, in Italian, English and Spanish.
