What's new in HDX Recorder

The on-air log (the .csv file with the time of songs, themes and jingles) is now optional and off by default: no more extra files in the recordings folder. If you use it, for example for music rights reports, turn it on in Tools, Settings, Recordings category, with the "Save the on-air log" check box.

Radio live broadcasts with a secure connection (SSL): some services require it, and without it you could not go on air. In the radio settings, next to the port, there is the "Secure connection (SSL)" check box; if the address starts with "https://" the program uses it even without the check box. The on-air title also goes through the secure connection.
In the Help menu, Join L'angolo di HDX on Telegram: the group of all my programs, where you can ask for help, suggest ideas and stay up to date. It opens the invite link, in Telegram or in the browser.

With a server that requires a secure connection, the connection test said everything was fine and then the live broadcast kept retrying forever ("the station closed the connection"). Now the program notices it and says so clearly: "The server uses a secure connection (SSL): in the radio settings, check Secure connection (SSL)".

The new Favorites bank, besides Effects, Jingles and Backgrounds: ten keys with the sounds you always want at hand, taken from the other banks (for example four effects, three jingles and three background tracks). Each key plays as in its own bank: the jingle goes into the live log, the background track crossfades in. In the control room, on the bank list, the Applications key opens the menu of the row with "Add to Favorites"; in Favorites, Delete empties the key. Each configuration has its own Favorites.
Shift+F12 tells you which bank is selected right now, without changing it (also in the Sources menu, Sound pads).

The program remembers the selected bank: when you open it again you start from that one.

First official version of HDX Recorder, the program to record audio and video and go live on a web radio, fully accessible with your screen reader. All the features are explained in the Guide (Help, Program guide, or Ctrl+F1).
